Trek the Track

From AUD $50.00
  • Duration: 25 Hours (approx.)
  • Location: South Ledge Road, Western Australia

Start your trek at South Ledge where you will learn how to read maps and discover what the Bibbulumn track is all about.

Hike 6km from South Ledge to Perth Hills Discovery Centre carrying a day bag to ease your way into the world of hiking. Once we arrive at the Discovery Centre we will have a nice break before delving into overnight hikes and packing our hiking bags and tents ready for a short 3km hike to reach our camping destination.

After setting up camp and having beautiful relaxation time in the bush, it’s time to discover what animals may live out in the jarrah forest by setting up motion sensor cameras. If the season permits, we will chill out by the campfire before getting a good night sleep before packing up and hiking back to the Discovery Centre.
