The search is on, so hop along to join this fun adventure! Pop on your gum boots and forage for frogs. Learn how to attract frogs into your garden with ideas on creating the perfect frog pond. Our ‘froggie’ guide will show you how to tune into and identify frog calls and then go on the hunt to see what species you can find.  

Please note this experience is for the whole family but children must be ages 6+ to participate. Tickets must be purchased all attending participants. The ages for each activity are in place for all participants to get the most out of their activity. In most cases, these age limits are restricted due to recommendations by outside providers or for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding in booking only children who are age appropriate into activities.

All Nearer to Nature activities have a COVID-19 Safety Plan.

Please note that our activities will be slightly modified from previous seasons to continue working in line with advice from the government to ensure the health and safety of our participants, staff and volunteers.

-         All equipment will be sanitised before and after each activity

-         Participants may be asked to work in smaller groups

-         Hand sanitiser will be provided for participants to use throughout the activity

-         Parents and siblings who are not participating may not be able to enter a room following the 2sqm rule

We appreciate your support and understanding with these guidelines to make sure you and your child have a great, safe experience. Please do not attend an activity if you or your child are unwell and displaying possible COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or have recently been tested/diagnosed with COVID-19. We will ask you to leave for the safety of other participants, families, staff and volunteers. Our cancellation policy is provided in your confirmation email. The only exception to this policy is if you or your child are displaying possible COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or have recently been tested/diagnosed with COVID-19, a full refund will be provided for cancellations up to the start of the activity. There is information on how to cancel an activity with us in your confirmation email.

You will need to register for contact tracing on the Safe WA app or the paper form on your arrival.
