Mud, mud, glorious mud! When the rains start the ground becomes very muddy! Join us as we splash through puddles, scramble through mud and discover just how important mud is in our environment. 

Please note this experience is for children ages 3-7. The ages for each activity are in place for your children to get the most out of their activity. In most cases, these age limits are restricted due to recommendations by outside providers or for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding in booking only children into activities which are suitable for their age. 

All Nearer to Nature activities have a COVID-19 Safety Plan.

Please note that our activities will be slightly modified from previous seasons to ensure the health and safety of our participants, staff and volunteers.

-         Sharing of equipment will be reduced 

-         All equipment will be sanitised before and after each activity

-         Participants will be asked to work in smaller groups

-         Hand sanitiser will be provided for participants to use throughout the activity

-         Parents and children who are not participating in the activity will be asked to sit in a designated area, further away from the activity group, and they will not be allowed to enter a room                  with participants

-         A larger mat space will be created for participants to help with social distancing

We appreciate your support and understanding with these new guidelines to make sure you and your child have a great, safe experience. Please do not attend an activity if you or your child is unwell and displaying possible COVID-19 symptoms, we will ask you to leave for the safety of other participants, families, staff and volunteers. Our cancellation policy is provided in your confirmation email. The only exception to this policy is if you or your child is displaying possible COVID-19 symptoms, then a full refund will be provided for cancellations up to the start of the activity.
