SW Reptile Encounter @ Wellington Discovery Forest
Join Nearer to Nature and SW Reptile Rescues and Education at Wellington Discovery Forest to meet some of Western Australia’s scaly creatures. Come listen to Phil as he introduces us to his snakes and lizards including the Woma Python, Olive Python, Black-headed Python, Stimpson Python, Tiger Snake, Dugite, Frilled-necked lizard, Bobtail, Blue tongues and King Skinks.
Phil will tell us all about each of these species, how they live and survive in their natural environments. He will teach us about first aid for you and your furry pets if you happen to come across a venomous snake in the bush and how to stay safe around snakes in the bush. He will also share his knowledge and stories from his experience as a reptile rehabilitator.

Participants will have the opportunity for a hands-on experience during the 2.5 hour presentation.
